The Japanese character for “dance” is beautiful. One day, walking down the street, I caught a glimpse of a sign with the character for “dance” only to look back and realize that it was a bar’s neon sign so that once I opened the door, I would find someone named Mai (“Dance”). If you dance and soar with those Mais, a crash or a downfall will surely befall you, so technically you cannot have too many bodies; hesitating at the entrance&exit, I took one step of dance . . . after misstepping, I dance.

Is there anything in the hyphens between? Nothing. This is only because they are hyphens that are a “space” where you get caught in the solitude of a body suspended in the air without soaring. At sunrise there is a crash and a landing on water.

. . . I do not intend to repeat mythological imagery here. However carefully you search memories from yesterday, you will never find that one. There is only the present moment of struggling to remember it. If you could bungee jump all way down to something like the roots of our race, then you might find it; someone said it might be possible through dance, but I believe there is merely an infinite flight of non-single resources that is a repetition of solitude of the site-less site.
